Targeted Middle Schools
Goal - Cultivate at least 10 elementary schools into feeder schools providing us with at least 10 guaranteed students each year.

Year one - cultivate 10 schools to guarantee at least 5 students (20 applicants)
Year two - cultivate 10 schools to guarantee at least 7 students (30 applicants)
Year three - cultivate 10 schools to guarantee at least 10 students (40 applicants)
